Awesome shades! Matthew was timely and gave me great info. I got the Designer custom clutch roller Omni shades and they definitely keep out the heat from bright, bright sun. I face east/west and the sun is a bear in the summer. These have really made my house comfortable.

Our awning broke the day before Memorial Day weekend. The customer service was outstanding. Jim was thoughtful and kind on the phone and helped me work with the company that made my equipment. Matthew's e-mails were personable and he made sure I received the awning arm asap. His installation was thorough and timely. I am looking forward to working with them for new window shades.

The people at Barnes made it easy for me to give my house a much-needed facelift. They took down the blinds that sat at half mast and put in blinds that really make the rooms cozy and warm.

We needed blinds for our bedroom, master bathroom and a large picture window in our dining room. Derek was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was planning to try to do these selections myself and order through an online service. I am so glad that I didn't. Derek was really so instrumental in helping us make good choices. Not necessarily the most expensive options just hte best match for our needs. Its one of the best experiences I've had in the home furnishings area! We got top down/bottom up blinds and a powered blind. All of which work great and look great!!
