We had the front of our home done 1 year and the back about a year later. We were extremely happy with the products and service. We recommended to family & friends. We had a few issues in the last year and Lauren & Dylan in the service department were very responsive of our issues and worked very quickly to remedy our issues. I can't say enough about their service department. Satisfied customers are their first response. Very easy to deal with. Would recommend them again to friends & family.
Dylan O'Neil was our estimator today. With his years of experience as a contractor, he is very knowledgable about home construction. He is very careful and thorough in his work.He has also worked with other window suppliers but he has the most confidence in Window World products, compared to several others. He is very patient and personable to work with. We have three doors and two windows previously installed by Window World ten years ago. We can't recommend both Dylan and Window World enough.

Window World Representative Dylan O'Neil from the Westbrook Maine office was absolutely wonderful as we began our window replacement journey! Professional, knowledgeable and patient, Dylan answered all our questions and allowed us to work our own process to arrive at the goal of ordering new windows, which we did! He was super tolerant of our great big dogs in our tiny house as he maneuvered obsticles for measuring which was also super appreciated! We are anxious for installation day! Thank you so much Dylan!

Just had an excellent experience with the service department of Window World which arrived promptly to fix minor problem and give great advice about one aspect of the window which was very helpful. I highly recommend this company!

The consultant, Dylan, came by right away. He knew his stuff. Answered all our questions and told us some things about local zoning restrictions (like needing escape windows) that would have really tripped us up. He clearly knew his stuff. Prices and scheduling were very reasonable too.
Later, the installation went swimmingly. Rafe and his crew came by on time, answered my questions and cleaned up after their work was done. The windows look great and the house is already feeling warmer.

These guys came today to my home where I run a licensed childcare. They were so efficient and fast. They put in 8 windows in three and a half hours. They were friendly and patient did what they needed to do and were gone before nap time. That’s a win for this childcare provider!

Very pleased with the service we got from Window World. They were out here in 6 weeks time, replaced 5 windows for us, and were very transparent about the process. Highly recommend their experience and expertise!

Window World delivered a superior product . Arrived on time, worked continuously until the job was completed. Dylan, the installer, was meticulous. It was very obvious he knew his business. Cleaned up area when completed. I recommend Window World and Dylan very highly.

Recently I had windows installed through window world of southern Maine. I am very impressed with the staff who work for the company. Jordan and Dylan were the installers who worked efficiently and effectively to get my 10 windows installed in one day. My almost 40-year-old mobile home has a new lease on life. Thanks to everyone from top to bottom in the company.
