Looks like I'm in the minority here. I only see five star reviews. I had a different experience. I contacted this place in late spring of 2021. Apparently, pools are in high demand because I waited. till September of this year. Now, after a year of waiting they are suddenly looking for permits on the day they're supposed to start digging. I'm replacing an old pool so the wiring and such are all in place. Then, they tell me I have to find a place IN my yard to put the soil they dig up. My lot is 3/4 of an acre. Not a lot of places to put that much dirt. None of the issues are , in themselves, outrageous. It's the waiting till install time to raise them. They had more than a year to handle the preliminary steps. I took a loss and fired them. Generally, when things start this poorly, the don't get any better.
Got our first first pool pump from them and it was junk upon installation. We got a second that worked for one season (4 months) then had an incredibly high-pitched noise which they thought was the bearings. Dave never informed us of the one year warranty and the pump would’ve been covered if we had filed the claim at the end of last season. Now after three weeks of waiting to hear on a warranty claim, they say there’s nothing they will do for us. So if you want to spend $400 and have absolutely no customer service help from the manufacturer or from Dave’s then definitely buy from them.

I would never give this place my business. The owner has some serious road rage issues. Today in Brunswick while driving his dump truck tried he to hit me while screaming obscenities, blowing his horn and taking photos of my car. I was taking a left at a light, there was oncoming traffic and I couldn't move. Apparently he thought I could magically go around oncoming traffic. He continued screaming at me after I was finally able to take a left. This man is unstable and not someone I would want on my property!

We are elated with our new pool! It came a month early! The installation team was great. Brandon at the store is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to Dave's. Great group!

I looked at a few local pool places for a gasket for a Hayward pump filter. Dave's had the part and helped me ensure that it was what I needed. I would say the difference between Dave's and other places was inventory. It's not a huge place but they saved the day where others didn't.

I hardly ever post Google reviews, but I wanted to make sure to do it in this case. Dave's Pool installed a 30 foot Radiant pool to replace our old steel wall pool that was going on 15 years and in rough shape, and they were fantastic.
When I first called in early 2020 to schedule the install, they told me that they wouldn't be able to do it until June of this year. They came out last fall to take down the old pool and were very quick and cleaned up everything. In early April of this year, they delivered the materials for the pool, and again confirmed that they were looking at a June timeline for install.
So imagine my surprise when I got a call mid-April asking if they could come out the next day to install the pool! We've had a LOT of work done on our house in the last 4 years, including a roof, siding, and an entire addition. Honestly, I wish I could have had the installers from Dave's Pool for all those projects. They were courteous and professional, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They completed all the work in a day while still doing a thorough job. My little 5 year old was home while they were installing and watched them almost the whole time. They never swore or smoked, and were happy to talk with her while they were working.
I'm really glad they got the pool in earlier than anticipated, because my kids have already been swimming in it several times with the hot weather we've had recently! The pool is beautiful and so much sturdier than our old pool. We will definitely use Dave's Pool again for when we need to replace our pool liner or pool accessories, but we don't anticipate ever needing to replace this awesome pool!

We could not be happier with the entire experience of working with Dave's from the initial site visit, through the installation and the 1st year pool owner questions! These folks are all genuinely interested in doing things right and doing it quickly! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to install or looking for someone to help with maintenance on an existing pool. You will not be disappointed.

Dave's Pool is fantastic! The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions with smiles on their faces and have gone out of their way to help me fix a problem with a filter that I did not purchase from them. There are places closer to my house but I will always make the drive to Daves because I know I am getting just what I need and will be treated so nicely.
