Brian and the rest of the Pool Tech crew were helpful, patient and professional. Our in-ground pool install was completed in the window we had planned, and for the cost we agreed to. I appreciate their experience, attention to detail and willingness to explain the process to me throughout. We encountered some challenges with the build, each of which were addressed with the longevity of the finished product in mind.

Staff is knowledgeable, quick, and friendly, even when they’re very busy. I just follow their recommendations to the letter and enjoy a problem free pool every year.

Discourteous and argumentative. My mom received a $50 gift certificate for this business from a family member. When she went in to redeem it this week they were reluctant to honor it. As my mom (who is lovely and kind) waited, they looked through records until they found the transaction. My dad who has dementia was waiting in the car, and mom was worried he would exit the car as she waited and waited and waited. Finding the transaction was not proof enough (!) and the clerk proceeded to make phone calls to verify the certificate. They finally honored it after she agreed to purchase over $200 of merchandise. My mom was treated as though she was being deceptive and dishonest in trying to redeem this certificate. Needless to say she was very upset by the time she finally left that business to get back to my dad in the car. We will no longer be using this pool company for our supplies. Shame on them! After reading your response, I have decided to edit my rating of your business. Local businesses are having a tough enough time surviving in this economy and I certainly don't want to contribute to that negativity. I didn't want to get down in the weeds in my earlier post. Yes, she had gone to the wrong pool company previously and they had written on the gc but had also corrected it. Mom explained all of this. The call to the other pool co. confirmed that, but that confirmation still wasn't enough. Another call was needed. That call prompted a question from the clerk as to what she intended to buy before the party on the other line agreed to honor the $50 gc. Good grief. My beautiful 80 yo Mom who walked in with a sparkle in her eye left your business upset and quite insulted. Do better.

Parents used them for decades growing up and we have for the last ten years. Great people and products!! Much preferred over the other locations close by. Originally bought my pool elsewhere and wish I'd have just gone hee to begin with! Live and learn.

We purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub from Pool Tech in 2017. We have been extremely happy with the hot tub. A few weeks ago, we came home from a weekend away to find our tub powerless and very low in water. I called on Tuesday morning, and on Tuesday afternoon, technicians were at our house finding and fixing the problem - (a pump connection became loose). We were very happy with the service provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Pool Tech Crew!

As a new customer I find Pool Tech to have excellent service and products. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I trust their judgement --feel and have observed they don't sell or push product unnecessarily and will work with you to solve issues in a cost effective manner.

We purchased a pool 4 years ago. Pool seems to be installed correctly. Customer service from the owner was horrible. My wife and I signed up for a package that included a pool cleaner. When they first came to install the pool they got stuck in my lawn and had to come back 3 weeks later. Once the job was finished I noticed there was not a pool cleaner. Also they had purchased the wrong ladder so I returned it to them. While I was there I asked where my cleaner was. He informed that they do not do that package anymore. I said well that is what we were told when we signed up for the package. He said there was nothing he could do other than sell me one at cost?!?!? I have never gone back because of this. I purchase my supplies else where. Pool Quality seems good but customer service was horrible. Look elsewhere.
