Quick, easy and to the point. But also friendly in the meantime. Was able to get the job done and meet some people who weren’t afraid to have a conversation while helping. Customer service speaks volume. And they have it! They loaded the tools up for me as well, seeing I.. probably would’ve been there all night. ?if you’re reading this, thanks guys!
Have rented several times from them. AOK in all ways.

I wasn't doing business with them... but I was broke down on the side of the hwy 1 and they let me park along side a storage trailer they have... thanks to them I was safe off the road and the guy that had to fix an airbag on my trl could do it safely also... thanks so much

The overseeder I rented from Kennebeck Rental Woolwich broke when I first started using it. I was told by the gentleman who rented me the equipment to bring it back for a refund. When I came back, Todd, the manager, was extremely accusatory, inferring that I didn’t know how to operate the equipment. When he went
to “prove” that I didn’t know how to operate it, he found that the belt had broken. He then “gave me a break” and charged me $45, instead of the rental rate of $60. When I questioned the charge and told him Mike said he would refund my money, Todd said, "I could have charged you for fixing it". I was VERY disappointed how Todd handled the situation and how accusatory he was. Instead of being apologetic, he was down right rude. Not a good first impression.
I've rented from Handyman Rental in Portland and have operated plenty of power equipment and have never experienced such poor customer service like I did at Kennebeck Rental Woolwich.
I appreciate Dan, the General Manager, following up with me after I contacted him to let him know of my experience at the Woolwich store. I am revising my rating to three stars based on Dans phone call with me. However, I would have preferred to have received a full refund on my credit card rather than a store credit because of the way I was treated by the store manager. But I didn’t see that happening. For the record, I was in a great mood before I returned the equipment.
