Terrible service and very rude on the phone... I wouldn't order a piece of paper form this company. I ended up just hanging up the phone when I was asking them a simple question. Trust me stay far away from this company if you want good service... The (employee or manager that respond )answer was about prices I never complained about the price of the Item I ask about the shipping prices and I was rudely told to shop some place... Say Less sir!!! I did I just wanted everyone to know about your customer service.. Read his response it spoke volumes to his customer service...

I was very nervous about placing a large kitchen cabinet order. I had only seen the product online. The company I had usually done business with were out of stock of everything I would have wanted so I decided to try someone new. I had read the reviews about Millwork City. The reviews were all over the place. Anyways, I took a chance and so glad I did. My kitchen arrived when Millwork City said they would. They were nicely packed. The delivery person had it all on a pallet and drove it right into my garage. The cabinet itself did not look like what was advertised online. That's the fault of the manufacturer not Millwork City. I am keeping the cabinets. I can now complete my kitchen!!!

I ordered my whole kitchen from here knowing that I'm not paying for a large customer service apparatus and that my order would be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. It's exactly what I was looking for and I'm very happy with the whole process. Everything arrived in good time, well packed and as expected.
