Mr. Electric Allegan is a wonderful company to work with. When I called their office I spoke to Amber. She was extremely helpful and polite. I was able to set up an appointment to have the work done within two days.
Before the election arrived I received a notification letting me know who was coming. It even included a photo. Dusty worked diligently and communicated wonderfully. The entire experience from beginning to end was quick, easy, and stress-free. Well done!

Been very happy with service. When notice my Generac Generator didn't start on last Saturday and had a red light indicating Maintenace Called Monday to have service on Wednesday. On Tuesday , loss power and they tried to get someone to our house that day. They were planning on visiting late afternoon Tuesday but power returned so they went back to the scheduled time so they could service people still out of power. They fixed our generator Wednesday as originally planned. Very conscious.

We have a new pool installed. We called Mr. Electric to have power buried and outlets installed near the pool. I was honestly SHOCKED ( pun intended) at their communication and workmanship. Chris and Ryan showed up at scheduled time and did a professional install. They had electrical inspector onsite at the end of their work and all was perfect. Best contractor experience we could have ever hoped for! I highly recommend Mr. Electric. I would give them 15 stars if I could.

Had pole and service box replaced and updated due to storm damage. Quote for repairs was the lowest, work was completed on time and the guy who coordinated everything was very informative. Everything looked and works great.

Used Mr. Electric to upgrade my power from 100amp to 200 amp. Seems like allot of companies don't want to do those because dealing with the power company can be a pain. They had quick availability for an appointment and did excellent work with great follow up. Highly recommend.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors over the years. I was relieved to have had a fantastic experience with Ryan from Mr. Electric.
He understood exactly what we needed and how to do it. His quote was competitive with competition. The work was completed on time with zero complications.
What really stood out to me, aside from the professionalism and skill, was that Ryan did the quote for the work that he himself would be doing. Competitors did not do it this way - the person coming out wasn't going to be the one doing the work. I really appreciate not needing to re-explain everything on the day of the work and missing things as a result.
Amber with their dispatch crew did a great job keeping us in the loop on when they'd be starting. Also really appreciated that. She was very kind on the phone too.
Good price, great work, 10/10 would recommend. I hope the higher ups at the company recognize and respect the customer service their crew puts out; it makes all the difference.
