I was looking for a company to install gutters at a reasonable price. AllPoint came through. They were 40% lower than another bid. The crew was great from start to finish including final clean-up. They also did some custom angle cutting to accommodate a bump out. Vinny was our salesman who also deserves 5 stars.

This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. They dont tell you when they are coming, just show up when its convenient for them, then the secretary Jessica will lie and say they called when they didnt, and the owner Tom will lie right along with her.There's so much wrong with this company i would run out of space for this review. I had windows, siding, gutters, and cement done. I should have known not to hire them when Tom said " I brought my roof guy Vinnie" I thought he said "new guy". All they want is your money. I had them install 2 windows where there wasn't any, so they would be considered "new construction windows", that's not what they used, they used replacement windows. I know this because the all pointe employee that came out to fix the windows that they screwed up told me. They put in the windows without header boards, they foamed in an electrical cord to a plug that I need to put into the wall, making it impossible to remove. They spilled foam on my brand new window screen and didn't tell me, when I asked Tom he said "can exploded" but there wasn't any foam on the grass or anything else. I had over 60 emails between the me, the city, and allpointe because Tom wouldn't admit to having violations. In fact he said "having 3 violations is crazy". It took them 1 year to finally get everything fixed, I know this because it was my birthday when they started and my next birthday when they finished. A snail with a rock tied to its butt could work faster than this company. Also their coupon for $1000 off a roof is b.s. A friend had his roof done and when I asked about the coupon Vinnie said "I usually pad myself a couple of hundred bucks extra but I didnt do that this time" and Tom just kept telling me "we give you the best price" I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, the 3 stooges could do a better job than this place. According to Tom's reply this project was finished in a timely manner and without a hitch...which is not true. I have over 60 emails with dates from the city saying how they were going back and forth with allpointe trying to get my windows fixed. As for them waiting for me to finish my part of the walls I couldn't do that until the windows were fixed. Also the boards he is talking about he was going to just cover them with the siding until I said something about it. And yes it took a full year for the city to finally do a final approval for the permits pulled by allpointe. Remember Tom you said "wasn't it your birthday when we were here the 1st time?" So your timing for the whole job took a year. Pictures don't lie unlike the owner of this company.

Dominic and Eli did an amazing job installing our garage’s new siding. They were very kind, courteous and professional. I would absolutely hire them to do another job. They truly brought new life to an old structure. Another shoutout to Ryan and Charles who did a fantastic job putting the new windows in.
