We have had our awning for many years We have never had an issue until the wind caught it and broke a small part on the arm. Arbor awning had the piece the same day and it was fixed ! They are the best ! Highly recommend!!

We just bought a new awning here and it was installed today. We absolutely love it! We appreciate that the business is family owned, (they even sew the awnings themselves!) everyone was very professional and took their time explaining how the power awning worked. Turn around time was super fast. I know we'll enjoy this for years to come!

Great service. I had them replace my awning cover. They did an excellent job. Years later they came out and fix a damage caused by wind for no extra charge. Steve was great and solved my problem within 1 day of calling them. Highly recommend them.
