I would recommend Garage Door Pros 10 times out of 10! They came out and assessed my issue same day and then showed up hours before the scheduled service time to get the job done. They were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves, quality customer service. I appreciate them replacing our garage door in such a timely fashion. Great company!

This companies planning and scheduling is awful, they make deadlines they can’t meet, I hired them based on the promise of the door being done at a certain time and that time was missed by 10 hours, my arrival widow was 9am- noon and the didn’t show up until 8:30pm, after I was told hour after hour that they were on there way. Aside from that they do quality work at a fair price and everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. My experience with garage door pros was definitely a mixed one but I understand bad days and in the end my garage door was fixed and the price was better than their competitors.

Great repair of broken spring replacement of rollers and weather stripping. Initial rough estimate was quite a bit lower than actual cost but I had extra wide and tall garage door that needed a heavy duty spring so wasn’t surprised at increase. Friendly and knowledgeable Installation tech thoroughly explained what he did and why showing me old parts that were replaced. Highly recommend. Would call them again

Being in the construction industry I naturally called around for prices and availability from some of my contacts. I found that Garage Door Pros were competitive with their price and could install the door & opener within three days where I was quoted 4 to 6 weeks after ordering a door from all others that I had called!! Their installers were friendly, professional, right on time, completed the installation in 3 hours and cleaned up all debris, cleaned & lubricated the door, instructed me on use & maintenance and made sure I had the manuals for the opener!! Without hesitation I would definitely and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new garage door!! A very well run and reputable company!! Great job guys!!

From the initial conversations, through the site visit and the install, working with the Mullis Garage Doors team was a great experience. Danny and Drew provided their guidance and suggestions while listening to what I was looking for in a quality insulated door. Other door companies were focused on selling lower cost doors to win on price, but they weren't keen to listen to what I wanted, which was a metal clad inside panel. The Mullis pricing was competitive, the details of the install including wire routing, motor bracing and panel locations just what I was looking for. They sized the opener with a 3/4hp quiet drive unit that was of a higher quality and power capability than the other suppliers. The door is extremely quiet when operating and the door seal to the gasket doesn't allow excess door flutter or air leakage. I would highly recommend Mullis Garage Doors for your installation and servicing needs.
