I had a problem with earwigs entering my home and chose Community Pest Solutions. Ethan was very professional, his service was both thorough and quick! He sprayed the interior basement areas that needed attention, inside of the garage, and full exterior edges of the house. They offer a 90-day guarantee on their services which is awesome. Family-owned business which is cool as well!
So glad i called Community Pest vs Orkin, Critter Control etc. Very reasonable rates and very personable service from a customer focused, small family business. The tech subdued bald faced hornets’ nest & removed it from our property very quickly & efficiently. We will definitely call them again for any pest/critter problems. SO much better than the big national franchises! Thank you!

Community Pest Solutions helped us with a mouse and ant problem. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Ethan, the technician, identified the issues and created a plan to address the problems, ultimately getting rid of the pests. He was timely for each appointment, friendly to work with, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond crawling under my deck to address an issue with my dryer vent. Scheduling appointments was easy and accommodating. The pricing was fair and competitive. I would recommend the company for anyone in need of pest control services.

Community Pest Solutions is a great company! I called yesterday because we had a football sized bald faced hornet nest on our second level.
We decided it was too dangerous for us to touch it! They were very active and swarming. Also, way too high for us to get at.
I left a message on their website and someone called later that morning. They were very knowledgable and friendly and set us up with an appointment the next morning.
Derek showed up just past 10am (right in that promised 10-1pm window). He told us the plan to remove the nest, educated us about these hornets, and answered all out questions.
We watched as he quickly and expertly removed the complete nest. He was very through. We felt like he treated it like his very own home.
Local, professional, family owned, Experts!!! 10 stars really.

Several years ago, my wife and I hired Community Pest Solutions to take care of traces of mice in the basement. That was after we hired some national chain company to no avail. Community diagnosed the problem quickly and took care of the problem efficiently. No sign of mice in the last few years. This summer, we had an infestation of, first, carpenter ants, and then later, small ants. We trusted Community with taking care of the problem again. They were efficient, effective and fantastic as usual. They came out twice, at no extra cost, to make sure the ant colonies were completely taken care of, and the result would be guaranteed till the end of the calendar year. Community was staffed with wonderful people, like Eric, our technician this time. We trust this company with pest problems, all the better because it is a local company!

Community Pest Solutions did an excellent job from initial assessment through mitigation. They did a thorough review of the house, identified problem areas, and developed a comprehensive plan before beginning treatment for red squirrels and carpenter bees that had found their way into the covering of an infrequently used porch. They also did some preventive sealing of potential entry points. Throughout the process, Daniel communicated frequently and clearly and was always courteous. Community Pest Solution's work was fast, highly effective, and less expensive than that of a competitor. While no one wants to deal with pests in their home, Community Pest Solutions made it as easy and pleasant as possible!

Daniel has been amazing! Super professional, knowledgeable, and just pleasant. We looked at 3 companies and Community Pest was far and away the most professional and buttoned up. Kelsey at the office was also really helpful and pleasant. All around a great experience so far!
