We have been forced to wash dishes in our bathroom sink because of the long delay and finishing our kitchen. This has been going on for at least 35 days since January 29th, 2024 and counting. Communication is poor and frustrating Even though we had to reorder the sink, this job should have never taken this long to complete.

Requested quotes for counters from 3 places. Drew a map of my kitchen, and got quotes back in no time from the other 2, but MDK declined to do that and wanted to come to my house. They also took a week to respond to my inquiry, and the other two places had me quotes the same day. You may want to rethink this. I don't need you to come to my house, and I don't need an exact quote. I just wanted an idea of your pricing. Everywhere else I dealt with had zero issue with this. It's a fast and convenient way to get an idea on price. You guys really should do it, especially if a potential customer requests it. Went with someone else due to this...

was very detailed in their work and the end result was great. the only thing i wish they had done better was to have a larger sample of the countertop, at home depot, than they had available. when the countertops were in place the two backsplash samples i had picked out from a tile place was all wrong! have to find some more samples so the tile installer has to come back.
