The owner is a real good guy. The previous owner a world war 2 vet absolutely loved my daughter to death always had a hug for her and to tell a secret of his and hers? He would not let her pay for the keys she had done while he was alive. I have had nothing but excellent business dealings with this shop and recommend everyone to go there for your keys and security needs. You won't be let down.
AZ Key is a family-owned and operated small business with a Big heart. My family also owned a small business years ago and I appreciate the HOMETOWN business that contributes! Thank you for always doing your best to give excellent service and care. Now I manage commercial and residentional properties and you are THE ONES we call -You're the BEST! If I could’ve left 0 stars I would have.
Scheduled appointment at their convenience, A-Z called the day of less than an hour before the appointment to reschedule.
Fast forward to today, no-call no-show. No sorry, no empathy, just excuses when talking to him. “Swamped”, “Two of my guys called in” - same excuses as to why he needed to reschedule two days prior. I asked why he didn’t bother calling to let me know he wasn’t going to make it and he said “I just haven't had time” as he’s actively answering my call and talking to me. It’s a key shop, nearly every-time I’ve been there I’ve had to holler for someone to come up front because it’s empty.
Terrible way to run a business, will no longer use them and will steer as many people clear as possible.

We recently closed on our new home and were given only ONE key. Not knowing WHO may have the remaining keys & access to our home led us to call A-Z key shop. They were able to accomodate our busy move in schedule and send someone out the following day. Richard was prompt, knew exactly what he was doing and very quickly had our locks re-keyed. He even added a lock to a door that did not originally have one. Their prices are fair and I would highly recommend them.

I’ve taken very unique keys in to have duplicated and it was no problem. The. I called and asked them to fix a mortise lock on our 95 year old front door. They fixed it perfectly AND made us two new keys. We never had keys for that door before. Excellent work and fair prices.
