The Staff is helpful, friendly, honest and caring. I feel my business is appreciated. Pricing is fair and comes with excellent advice. They seem truly invested in the success of my pools! Kudo's to Buddy being Employee of the Month again!
Advanced installed my pool 6 years ago and Aaron, the owner, is so rude and disrespectful. The Aaron that shows up to give you a quote and the Aaron that shows up to do the work are night and day different. He’s one of the worst business owners I’ve ever worked with!

Aaron the owner never shows up.
Never got pool installed !!!Told us we would be first or second pool of 2022 and we never got a pool as we were still waiting in September !Says he is easy to work with that is so untrue.. Do not be fooled by this company!!!!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of products to choose from. This business appears to be closed at odd times, and as Murphys law would have it: usually when I need them the most.

I have been getting my supplies and service here for about 15 years since they originally installed my pool. Recommendations on salt water chlorinating system and cartridge filter system have been just what we wanted for very low maintenance. Very professional and friendly service!

Jeannie is always full of helpful advice. I am a new pool owner and she has always been patient with me and very helpful...even with my repeat calls. They winterize our pool and do a great job.

Please stay away from this pool company. Spent $17,800 on a pool and worst owner. Aaron. Rude, threw a pump at my wife, beats down his employees and no customer service. Purchased a pump. Never used or out of the box. Took it back to get a refund. Well, Aaron took it in the back and blew the motor. Says we blew the motor. It was never opened or out of the box. Aaron blew the motor or switched with another. Now out over $300 for something that was in the box. Please go somewhere else. I beg you. The customer service and owner is not worth going there. Called me swear words over the phone when I called to hopefully make everything right. Told not to ever step in the store again. Not a problem! I was taken advantage of so Aaron could make a profit and screw someone that has a 17,800 pool from the company. Stay away.

As a new pool owner they have far exceeded expectations. Always helpful and willing to provide advice regardless of situation. Would highly recommend them!
