Steve, Brian, and Blake were very professional and pleasant to be around. They are motivated and very happy doing this kind of work. Their strength is their teamwork in working through glitches that WILL show up. They handled our glitch quickly and found the right solution. We as customers need to treat these folks with respect, dignity, and patience. This is hard work and at times takes longer then we might expect. Keep in mind what the end result will be!
I received same day service on my air conditioner. Both men who came were very nice, explained everything they were doing and showed me what was wrong. Explained all my options of what I could do and the costs of each. No pressure, just simple facts. I was very pleased with the service and will use this company again.

From my initial visit with Chris for an estimate to the installation by John and Brian everything went so smooth. I researched the company and the unit that was to be installed. Easy to see why both received such good reviews. Without hesitation I would recommen Air Temperature Control.

My husband and I were out of air for the last 3 days in this miserable 90° weather. We had called another company and all he was interested in was selling us a new furnace and air conditioner which I do realize we need. We called air temp and just like that ...we had air. I was so elated I was in tears we were so excited. I can't thank them enough for giving us our air and for making two elderly people very happy ...you guys are the best!

Brilliant! Called morning on day 3 of heatwave for our broken AC unit and they were able to schedule me the same day! Not only that, but earlier that expected. Technician Chris was able to fix the unit in a couple of minutes and he was very professional. Kudos Air Temperature Control! ???

AIr went out on the hottest, most humid day of the year, I called them at 11am expecting to get on a waiting list due to them being so busy, was booked for same day, move forward a few hours and they have already been here, replaced what was needed and not even 4 hours later from the call I am back in cool comfort. Tech explained everything he was checking/doing/needed to be fixed and asked if I needed anything else or had any questions!!! 4 HOURS FROM CALLING TO BEING FIXED!!!!! They now have a new customer for life!!!!

Air Temperature Control was great. Contacted me over the holiday weekend to ensure I would be added to their service list on Tuesday. Showed up first thing in the morning and had my air up and running in no time. Highly recommend!

Air Temp Control has fast and friendly service. We always appreciate the fair pricing, and quick service times. Honestly, they had me the moment the techs put shoe covers on to come into my house. Its the little things that go a long way and are appreciated. They never try to up-sell and they stand behind their work. Thank you.

He fixed the shotty install from 3 years ago but did not do the leak check as scheduled. He said there was no leak. It was just recharged on Monday. It took 3 years for all the freon to leak out from the initial installation. Of course it's not going to show a leak in two days. I guess I will see you guys in a couple of years for the next recharge. Assuming you're still in business.
