After a long wait, we are thrilled with an absolutely amazing master bathroom. Gorgeous and also highly functional for our needs. Kelsey really nailed it; her selections and floor plan were perfect. She was extremely responsive to any concerns/suggestions throughout the design process. She incorporated my input so I feel my personal style is reflected in the end product. The Dura cabinets are excellent quality. We used KSI for installation services as well. Installers were professional and did high quality work. Ran into several hiccups that caused extended delays, most of which could have been prevented or mitigated with some process improvements. Hard to pinpoint exactly who was responsible given the various suppliers and installers involved... but I had one contract with KSI and from my perspective the ball was dropped on multiple occasions. Materials sat at my house for days/weeks but no one bothered to look at the materials until installation day and then discovered things wrong/missing. If this had only happened once, it could be quickly forgiven but this type of thing was a running theme throughout. In the end KSI did work to make it right and I am very happy now.

My experience with Christina F. and KSI was EXCEPTIONAL start to finish. I had been planning a fairly extensive kitchen remodel for some time, so the scope of the project made me nervous to get started. After meeting with Christina at KSI, she immediately recognized my style and the vision I was going for. She had an excitement for the project and laid out an initial plan (also impressed with the 3D storyboard software that showed exactly what my kitchen would look like). What impressed me the most throughout the process was her attention to detail and responsiveness. Her thoughtfulness down to the smallest detail made me confident in the end result. She was very responsive during the ENTIRE process, and with todays climate of supply chain interruption and potential product delays, she kept the entire project moving forward until completion. I contacted KSI Birmingham recently when considering a bathroom remodel. Brooke Schall was our KSI point of contact, and our designer. I can't say enough on how pleased we were with design, the customer service, the cabinet quality, and the overall experience with both Brooke and KSI Birmingham. Remodeling can be an overwhelming experience, KSI made it easy, Brooke made it a great experience. She worked within our tastes, and assisted us in choosing the right colors, tile, counters, fixtures, and of course the cabinets. The entire job went without a glitch, due to KSI's professionalism, and the excellent way Brooke handle's the project. We couldn't be happier. KSI and Brooke have a client for life.
