I recently hired BIC to remove my deck and install a stamped concrete patio. I was extremely happy with the communication from Mike and his team throughout the whole process. Karen kept me updated with scheduling and getting my questions answered quickly. While on site, the crew was very polite and respectful of the surrounding landscape. We are very excited for our new patio and would not hesitate to call BIC in the future for any other concrete work.

Mike and his amazing team put in a concrete floor in our large pole barn. We felt that we were treated like family from our first call with Karen to the completion of the job. Karen has excellent follow through and always communicated in a friendly and timely manner. Mike stays true to his word, takes pride in his work, pays attention to all the details, works hard, and does the best job that he can. The completed project exceeded our expectations! What's more important is the way Mike handled the minor mishaps that are bound to happen in a large project. He was proactive in noticing them and immediately took care of them without being asked. We HIGHLY recommend BIC, and will definitely use them for future projects.

This company is exceptionable! They poured a Patio for us in our backyard and its perfecto!! Karen kept us up to date on everything being done, while we were out of town when they poured and completed. Mike the owner and his crew were fabulous, with great customer service. Mike will go up and above for his customers... If you are looking for concrete work, I highly suggest you use the best here....I give them a 10 !!

I had a stamped concrete patio installed this past summer. Mike and Karen were outstanding. Communication about the project was top notch I would highly recommend using this company, I would definitely use them again if another project arises. I'd give him more stars if possible. I am in the service industry and also have occasions to hire providers for personal home projects.
Please believe me when I say I had an exceptional experience. All our needs and requests were met. The crew was super polite and hardworking. Mike was a pleasure to work with and worked just as hard as the crew.
It's not often I recieve or here of this type of service, quality work and on time delivery. And the price was really fair.

We hired Mike and BIC to replace all of our 40+ year old concrete and address some bad drainage issues. They replaced the garage floor, apron and both sidewalks. Also paved a gravel section to our barn and replaced a long asphalt driveway. We had the sidewalks redone in stamped concrete and they turned out awesome. They installed a driveway drain and downspout pop-ups. Everything we needed was addressed. Mike's team is very experienced and we enjoyed them all. The job started 3 days earlier than estimated and was completed in 2 weeks. We highly recommend Mike, Karen and their BIC crew for any concrete project.

I'm a repeat customer. Last month I hired Mike and his team to update our patio and walkway with stamped concrete. Like the job they did for us last time, the workmanship is fantastic. They really knocked it out of the park and I couldn't be happier with the results. Karen was also very responsive with scheduling. My wife and I are looking forward to spending the rest of the summer out back. I highly recommend Mike and BIC for any concrete-related work!
