Yesterday, I called Amazing Poolz with a service issue. Rhonda checked their schedule and told me they would have a service member to our home by the end of the day. Less than an hour later a service member showed up and diagnosed my issue. Jim followed up with a call confirming my equipment specs and told me they would have someone out the next day to replace our equipment. Shortly thereafter, Jim called again and said they had the equipment in stock and that they would be returning to my home within the hour to make the replacement. Great service! They overdelivered on their service and were great at keeping me updated on the status of the project!

We LOVE our pool!! We had been dreaming of a pool for about 10 years and during that time we shopped around, got quotes, and obtained references. Sure, we had lower quotes from others (if they even returned our calls), but with Amazing Poolz, it was all-inclusive. We knew exactly what the total cost would be for our dream to become a reality-with very few surprises/challenges along the way and those were dealt with up front and fairly. The hardest part was being patient with the weather and choosing the liner design (again, thanks AP for the help in that department)! From the initial phone call to Jim for a quote to now maintaining our 2nd season with Rhonda and the incredible store staff, we have felt taken care of every step of the way. Jim, Nick, Curtis and the entire crew are excellent. We were impressed with the fence and concrete installers as well and would use them again for any future projects. For the level of investment you make in a pool, we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. We wake up every day feeling like we are on vacation! Thank you, Amazing Poolz!!

I call Amazing Poolz because Roman Pools did not work on my brand of heater. I called on a Friday knowing it might be Monday before they could come out. Rhonda said if they don’t come on Saturday they would be there Monday, they would call when on the way. Saturday, no call, Monday, no call, Tuesday no call, so I called the original people who put the heater in and made an appointment. Tuesday, at 5:30pm someone shows up at my home without calling and says, “Jim sent me over to see what is going on with the heat, I won’t be fixing it today”. The guy goes into the pool house, squats down, touches nothing and says ok, someone will call you. I told Rhonda there was no display turning on. Two days later “Jim” calls and says, the display is bad and he needs a credit card to order the almost $400 part! Ummm NO, your guy didn’t even touch my heater how could he know it’s the display. A few days later Affordable Pool and Spa came out and actually diagnosed it as being a bad transformer. Thank goodness I didn’t go with Amazing Poolz. OH, but wait, today I got a bill for $145 for a water heater diagnoses, I’m glad I was standing right there when he was “diagnosing “ my non working display. Please stay away from this company!

My pool had an algae bloom for weeks. I shocked and added algaecide with no success. I took a water sample to Amazing and they told me exactly what to put in. I was dubious but I did what they told me. Less than a week later it was crystal clear. Thank you. Also, their prices were less than any one else.

Amazing Poolz built my beautiful pool in the fall of 2021. I have had 2 summers with this pool now so I can tell you the people at Amazing Poolz are there for you with any questions or concerns.The dig was so exciting to watch and the process was very smooth. My new backyard oasis is enjoyed by many friends and family. Jim has been so helpful and always calls right back when I have a concern as well as the construction crew that explained everything they were doing to my inquisitive grandson. Rhonda has been a godsend with her knowledge of balancing the water to keep my pool Amazingly sparkling clear. If you are considering an in ground pool, Amazing Poolz is definitely the place to call.

I recently started going to Amazing Poolz after being a loyal customer to a competitor and it was the BEST decision! Jim and Rhonda are the nicest people I have met in quite a while! They have been so helpful and teaching me about our new in-ground pool. I have a hard time understanding “chemistry” but they have taught me in a way that makes sense to me. Another huge advantage is their prices are very reasonable compared to other pool store in that area!! Thank you Jim and Rhonda! (Lily too)!

If I could give MINUS 10 stars, I would these people gave us very bad advice. Had us empty our pool. Which wrecked the sand bottom. Then the owner, who constantly talks over you, came over and ripped the pool liner out. Then Insisted we have our water lines checked. Because he just knew there had to be a leak! After we specifically told him there wasn't. Even his tech told him. So after all that, they said they'd call us to schedule a new liner. Never measured the pool for said liner and it's been 6 weeks and WE STILL haven't heard from them! We've since hired an ACTUAL AMAZING pool company and got the job done. Those people ruined our pool AND my summer! Whatever you do STEER CLEAR OF AMAZING POOLZ. And to add to that, every pool place said they should never have told us to dump all the water EVER! Feel free to message me for the ACTUAL AMAZING pool company. Cuz it certainly is t these yahoos

Gorgeous new store! Knowledgeable staff! They make you feel like family! Huge inventory with everything a new pool owner needs! They even have ice cream! Truly amazing pool builders! Highly recommend. 2nd summer with our pool and loving it!
