Went in at 4:30 pm and Mike was more than accommodating and professional. He had exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the price compared to other stores I checked. To top it off-- installation the very next morning! Talk about amazing customer service - this place has it all! Will be a repeat customer for sure. Run- don't walk, to this store.

Mike did a great job showing us our options and working within our price range. Abe scheduled us quickly, openings within a few days so we got the install done about a week after our carpet came in. The installers got our install done in the hours of 10am-7pm, moved all large furniture and vacuumed the excess. Overall pleased with the carpet and service.

We used Metro for both carpet and luxury vinyl planks. Mike the sales rep really helped us in choosing what would suit our needs and save us money. The installers we very helpful and knowledgeable and they worked around our busy schedule and energetic toddler. I would recommend metro to anyone looking to upgrade to new flooring.
