All around bad experience. When I came to pick up my trencher i had reservered the day before, I was told it would be ready on a trailer it was not. I was rudely directed to go pick up the trailer from the back corner of the lot. During the while yard process it seemed I was inconveniencing them by being there. When I returned the trencher I was told there would be a cleaning which I was not informed about when reserving or renting but ok I can kind of understand but when you rent a piece of equipment that is digging in the dirt a heads up would be nice. When I asked the charge for cleaning I was told $100 which was half what I rented it for seems a bit high for a power washing. Also when I expressed my dismay over the pricing I was literally yelled at and told to leave. I also was forced to rent it for a full day since it was the weekend and they close early on Saturday which would have been fine but they told me I could only use it for 8 hours on there hour meter. Seems like you could have given it to me for the half day price if you are going by the hour meter since I only needed it for less than an hour. Originally I was fine with paying a full day for it since I needed it and I normally like supporting small business but I guess it's back to renting through Home Depot much friendlier and similarly priced.

Love this place. I never had any issues with the equipment we rented. This is my go-to place. Very reasonable price. The employees are always helpful. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!!

I rented a stump grinder and it worked out well. It was a nice machine and in good shape. The person helping me in the yard couldn't have been nicer. Seriously. I ran the machine as I would if I personally owned it: leaving it idle rather than turning on and off instead of constant starts or shutting off and starting at full throttle. Well, that bit in the end as I got a call later that I put 10 point something hours on the machine and they were charging me more for going over 8 hours. In checking, their shop is open for 10 hours so they shouldn't charge more for up to 10 hours. I was over 10 hours on a Saturday rental anyways and I will still go there but consider this a lesson learned at my expense.

Rented a tow behind cherry-picker lift because I didn't want to go 25 feet up on a ladder to fix a chimney and radon vent pipe. I was able to get an accurate rate online (which was WAY cheaper than the orange big box store rental) and they even showed me how to use it when I said I had never rented anything like this before. Will definitely be back for any equipment rental that I need.
