I cannot say enough great things about Joshua. He was professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and did not try to unreasonably upsell. He went out of his way to take the time to show and explain the issues to give me an understanding not only of what needed to be done but why. If all A1 employees are as great as Joshua, the other garage door companies will soon go out of business. The products he installed were such a nice upgrade over what we had, and the prices were reasonable too. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
Needed old hinges to be replaced and Joshua was able to get it done. He did a safety check on our garage door, making sure everything was working properly and went over the details with us. Great service and pricing! Will definitely use their service again.

Matthew arrived on time with my door. Promptly tore out the old door replaced it with the brand new door. Everything works beautifully. He was sent one defective switch, which will be replaced this week. It is on order. This gentleman worked by himself and he did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a new garage door.

A1 garage door service was great!!! The techs that came out were friendly and very informative as well as the finance employee that helped us out! We got the garage door installed and there was a dent on one of the panels from the warehouse and the installer advised me he can install it dented and it would still operate fine but they will send someone back out to replace the panel as soon as it came in. Panel came in a few weeks later and was replaced. Great install! Thank you

I had a garage door finally give out. I did some searching and found A1. They were quick to come out and get me a quote and set up install. Kyle B came out and was super awesome! He was freindly and knowledgeable. He helped me out with everything to get ready for install. He explained everything great and had a great attitude, especially since it was the end of the day! I highly recommend him and give him all the kudos in the world. Great job and keep it up! I def. will be recommending Kyle and A1!

Had another very positive experience with A1 Garage Door Service recently; this time with my annual inspection and tune up.
Technician Cole D was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable… checking my door, the opener, remotes, and related phone app & software.
He performed preventative maintenance, looked for potential problems, and explained everything in easy to understand detail as he worked.
He asked questions about my satisfaction with the equipment performance since its installation last year, and pointed out a few operational tips I didn’t know.
He was thorough and seemed genuinely interested in performing the inspection and maintenance, making sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it.
I also have to compliment the phone staff with whom I scheduled the appointment. The online and in-person telephone support is great… a model for what such communication should be with every contractor/vendor.
A very special shoutout to Ms. Amber who went more than an extra mile to help me with this appointment. Best regards to all the customer support team! Keep up the GREAT work.
