I called to ask for clarification on a very simple yes or no question- Instead, the receptionist laughed and implied I was stupid for having the question in the first place. Basic customer service isn't that hard :)

These are the most incompetent trash people I have ever had . The roll through at 8am honking there air horns being as loud as they can. They throw my cans in the middle of the street after pick up. They have even thrown my trash can away before. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

We are very proud of the employees and how they care for the residents in the communities we service. We have currently serviced Birmingham and Bingham Farms for 40 years and Ferndale and Beverly Hills for over a decade.
