Jacoby was very knowledgeable in explaining the existing problems with my 24 year old garage door. We discussed replacing my door as well as the repairs he could make to extend the life of my existing door. I opted for the latter and he was very professional and personable while making the improvements to my existing door. I have no doubts the door will last a few more years. Had I been a few years younger, I felt that I could have saved a lot of money, by buying the parts and replacing them myself. The mechanics of a garage door system are not that difficult to understand. All in all, an offer for a $29 plus a $39 service call wound up in an around $650 repair bill. Nevertheless, I was okay with the cost. Much better than the $5200 cost for a new door.

My tech Joel was friendly and professional. After listening to my concerns for the future he provided a service/replacement of parts that fit into my budget. Promptly began work and completed in a timely manner. Being a widow I also appreciate his having explained the areas of the door that a homeowner should take the time to spray lubricant on. Huge difference in the spring that broke compared to the heavier duty one it was replaced with.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. I had the privilege of meeting Keaton as a service tech. He was all business. Explained the situations and was able to fix it during that call. Just letting you know that you are very well represented by this tech. I was very happy with the service and have been able to use my door regular. I’m sorry I waited so long. I did have another company review the same problem. That company never touched the door never went up on a ladder or anything to get his hands dirty. Just told me that I needed a new door. Take three weeks to get it at a price that was eight times as much. If I ever need, I will use this company and will recommend to anybody that has garage door problems.. Very pleased with his personality, workmanship and friendliness. If all of your techs treat your customers this way, you’ve got a great company
