Overall

If you're looking for anything other than carpet, look elsewhere. We had Metro install carpet in a large portion of our home and had a good experience so we came back when we needed vinyl flooring and quartz counters, and things fell apart - the work wasn't satisfactory and they charged us without our authorization.

The vinyl transitions they installed are an entirely different color than the flooring. Doors wouldn't close because of the way the transitions were installed. Areas where molding was cut have gaping holes and dents in the walls. The installers assured us they wouldn't be the ones to fix anything so we contacted the store about these issues after the work was done end of June and still no resolution.

We reached out about quartz and were told counters would be installed 3-5 days after they were measured. It instead took 3 weeks. The installer forgot some of the tools needed, so he had to come back two days later, turning a one day job into a three day job. The quartz has multiple defects. It was also cut in the wrong place, so a seam sits right over the dishwasher, preventing us from installing the dishwasher correctly.

The most frustrating part is they are constantly evading our calls and make false promises that things will be resolved but have taken no action to resolve them. Instead they charged our credit card for the work without our authorization - for all previous charges, they call and ask for our authorization before putting it through, but this time they went ahead and charged it.

Overall

I have owned 4 homes throughout my life. I tried two other companies for carpet installation then I went to metro carpet and WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY. Price check, professionalism check, most importantly good work check. The overall experience was perfect, and the employees are all wonderful they don’t try and over sell you they treat you like a normal person and take their time explaining things. You won’t regret choosing them.

I paid almost 3k for this sloppy work its supposed to be scratch resistant and its obvously not one of the pieces of the floor is ,coming up this they cut the bathroom part so sloppy and didnt even finish the job i need a refund or a partial refund this job isnt even a year old if i could give it no starts i would u ruined my floors .
