Their team of professionals were prompt, friendly and courteous, and worked hard to make sure the job was done right. They took the time to understand my needs and provided helpful suggestions and advice regarding the types of flooring and installation techniques most suitable for our home. Had my basement and living room carpet updated and I’m glad I went with these guys. I never felt like the customer service was MIA, like I have felt in the past once they had my money. They did a great job all the way through and even came back to touch up seams I thought were too noticeable. They custom ordered both carpets for me as I saw them at other stores but did not want to deal with the other stores lack of responsiveness when dealing with such an expensive purchase. They’re very hard working, showed up BEFORE the scheduled time and were so courteous all throughout. Oh and I live in Oxford, so they really had to go out of their service area, but not once did they complain about that which was such an added bonus. I compared carpets at basically every main carpet retailer in the aRea and they came in very competitive. Some of the sq/ft was higher than I had been quoted, but in the end it all looks great and I have some extra carpet for small area rugs which is fine. I’m not a carpet expert so I don’t understand the sq/ft needs or why they would be different but oh well. End result is amazing and that’s what matters.
