This was my first time using you guys company and I am very satisfied. Keishawn and Morris were outstanding. They were polite but still got the job done will definitely be referring other people to use your company as well as keep you guys in mind for any future moving thank you again for making my move so easy and quick
While the process of working with Bellhop was a bit convoluted, they did outsource the services to a very competent local moving company. The local moving team they sent had to make new makeshift boxes out of the moving kits that were sent along. We also had way to much paper, not enough bubble wrap.
My main issue with working with Bellhop is that the legally binding contract I had to sign had incomplete information. I tried to work with their team to update the contract for nearly 3 weeks. Ultimately they said they weren't able to update the contract with the correct information because it's a "different team" that handles the contracts. It didn't make me feel secure. Next time I will book directly with the moving company.

Robert’s Bellhop team did an excellent job for us today in Ann Arbor. Very professional, thorough and fast.

Bellhop fooled me twice. I attempted to book with them a couple of years ago and ended up having to cancel because the over the phone representatives were so incompetent that they got my reservation all mixed up. Here I am, a couple of years later, attempting to book with this company and yet again there’s a problem. I got up hours early to make sure I was prepared for my appointment time, cleared out any entrances so that the movers have clear access. Made this reservation days ago, and the movers were supposed to arrive between 8-8:30am. No phone call and not a mover in sight. I had to call Bellhop and ask what’s going on and they couldn’t tell me, only told me that they would “look into it” and then call me back in 15 mins. It’s been past 15 minutes and I still haven’t received a phone call. The third time is NOT a charm, so therefore I will never again in life book with Bellhop again. I’ll be sure to spread the word about it too.

Awesome job! Timely, friendly, courteous and excellent workers. Took care to protect my walls and ceiling while moving the oversized and heavy treadmill box from my garage to basement. The team of Aaron and Dave were great.. Highly recommend and would definitely use again as the needs arise

Bellhops did my move on Dec. 2nd. Michael and Austin were my movers and they did an excellent job from start to finish! Very professional and personable! They arrived on time, shrinkwrapped everything for storage and were in and out in under 3 hours! They went above and beyond and I am so happy with the service! I asked if they could come back and help me move into my new apartment in the spring. They said yes and I am looking forward to it! I have some pretty bad experiences with movers and now my faith is restored and nothing was lost or broken in the process! See how neat and organized they put everything in the storage unit! I am impressed!

I am very disappointed with the treatment and damage to my property. I have moved 5 other times with this same mattress with other companies and never had this happen to my mattress. Other companies have used protective material and/or blankets to keep the mattress clean. The movers ran out of covers which I do not understand. You should have more than enough covers. I asked them to cover and protect the mattress and not drag it across the dirty floor. They did it anyway. I explained to them that they had been tracking dirt on the hardwood floors so I expected them not to drag the mattress. I sent them clear evidence of the pictures showing the dirty sides vs the clean side. However to add insult to injury, management sent email stating that they would not address my claim without first paying the invoice.The first 3 are the dirty pics and last 2 are the clean sides
