Bogard & Sons construction just completed our home and we could not be happier with the final results. It was a great experience for us from start to finish! Andy Bogard and his amazing Dream Team (as we like to refer to them) did an outstanding job building our home. We are so pleased with the Superior quality, outstanding craftsmanship and incredible attention to detail.
The 2021 Grand Traverse Area Parade of Homes awarded Andy Bogard with 6 awards for our home including Judges Choice-Best Overall, Best Interior, Best Exterior, Best Craftsmanship, Best Master Suite, and..The People’s Choice Award! Wow .. that says it all ?.
Andy Bogard & his whole team are friendly, dedicated, hard working, and extremely talented craftsmen and women. We would highly recommend Bogard & Sons to anyone considering building. We are now looking forward to enjoying our new home for years to come and we will be forever grateful to Andy Bogard for guiding us through this process and for having a great team that built our beautiful home ?.
Bogard and Sons have far exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process of building our new Michigan home. From the very beginning, Andy and his team have been very dedicated, accommodating and always prepared when dealing with the challenges of a unique design and structure. Each time we visited the project, it was always nice to see that they were just as excited about building our new home as we were! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are top notch and this is very apparent in our beautiful home. We used Andy to completely renovate our master bathroom. Andy was great to work with. Very professional, reliable, and fair. He and his team were very knowledgeable and truly brought our vision to life. Living in a 100+ year old home means we have many many projects on the docket. The highest complement I can give Andy is that we will be using him for all of those future projects. Thank you Andy!

From start to finish, working with Andy Bogard and his crew has been an amazing journey. We had a vision to start. We had been thinking about this remodel for 7 years. Andy has helped us stay on track and elevated that vision into the most beautiful vacation/retirement home. Andy has worked with us every step of the way. We were worried it would be overwhelming given that we live four hours away from the lake property. Andy broke everything up into stages and that allowed us to stay focused.
Andy and his crew created custom pieces throughout the home using a large tree that had to come down for the constriction. Barn beams were brought in from an Ohio barn. Absolutely stunning. We are having so much fun taking friends and family through the house and telling them the amazing story from top to bottom.
We can’t wait for phase 2 with Bogard & Sons Construction!!!

Bogard and Sons did two projects at our home - a remodel/deck addition of the lake side last spring/summer and an addition/remodel of the front over the fall/winter. We couldn't be happier with the way things turned out - even better than we expected! Andy and his crew go above and beyond. It was a bit of a challenge living a couple hours away from the project, but Andy made it very doable. He uses the Buildertrend app and is great at texting pictures along the way. When it came time to move back in, he and his crew were so helpful in getting things back into place. If you want quality work and you want to work with someone you can trust, you want to have Bogard & Sons do your building project!
