I pay for yard waste in full every year, with that type of setup the company should always know that the yard waste truck routes are always paid in full and the service should never be interrupted. That’s not the case if you forget or are late to pay your trash account it stops the yard waste service that is paid for. I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this unfair. Do they refund that week towards the outstanding balance for all the customers that this happens too? This seems like a cheap tricky way to make profits at the end of the day . Other than that I really enjoyed the service.

Last few interactions with office lady, ive felt a bit of unfriendliness from her. Not alot of kindness or friendliness in her responses to us. As for trash pickup? Never a problem and great service from our garbage man! My daughter is 8 n has autism and he honks for her n waves n smiles at her every single week! Real nice guy!!

I called last minute for my property (Pine circle townhomes) for them to dump our trash today (within 45 min) cause we are getting our parking lot done and it totally slipped my mind to call but gave it a shot anyways. They were here within 15 min. Thank you so much! You guys are amazing! The driver and dispatcher!

We are returning Arrowaste customers. We switched companies when a new local startup company was getting started and was a little cheaper. That smaller company has now merged with Arrowaste so we are back. I have been immediately impressed that our bin has been picked up reliably at the same time each day over the past few weeks. That was the biggest issue with the start up company. We never knew when it would be picked up. Sometimes first thing in the morning, or late at night or a day or two (or more) late. Thanks for seamlessly merging us into Arrowaste.

Love this company and the ladies in the office who help me whenever I call with questions. They are very friendly and just awesome to talk to! So glad I found this company. I used to have Waste Management, who for some reason kept raising my bill until i was paying almost $300 a quarter. Arrowaste has awesome people, very reasonable prices and I wish I would have found them sooner! Nicole Giszewski

I just signed up with Arrowaste today from GFL who had bought out my previous provider. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. The process was super easy and quick. I'm so excited to start with a family owned business again.
