The technician, Nick S., spent at least an hour doing the maintenance on our furnace. He took out the burners and cleaned them, which was the first time anybody had done that. Besides the excellent job that he did with the furnace maintenance he was also very professional, courteous and engaging. I would definitely recommend Nick when it comes to any work that you may need done on your furnace.
We love Aire Serv of Mid Michigan. Since choosing them for our heating and cooling needs in 2018, we have been super pleased with their service. Laurie, Travis, Nick and Tyler are not only professional, but wonderfully mid-Western polite. Never in rush, always patient to explain, I highly recommend them.

From installing our furnace and a/c 3ish years ago to the routine check ups I have had nothing but good experiences with these guys, the techs have been knowledgeable professional and personable.

Great service!!! I'm young and didn't know maintenance was needed for a furnace beside the air filter Nick Sachjen came out diag. My furnace and fixed/explained my issue and got me taken care of in a professional manner thanks again!

My husband and I take great pride of our home. Tyler and Austin were great. They were polite, respectful and showed pride in their work. Work was performed well, thorough and left everything in a cleanly order. The only hiccup was that when the cold air grill was unscrewed from our living room upper wall, the tech thought it was going to hold to the wall until he pulled it off, but it fell before he had the chance to pull it out. The edge of the grill gouged our armoire and mop board and scratched a wrought iron wall decor all within the vacinity. We were impressed by the immediate action they made to an Aire Serv Manager to arrange for a repair to these areas. Realizing accidents do happen, we really felt bad for the Tech because he was so sincere and sorry. All in all, they really did a good job in our home and would have them come back again.

Waking up to a cold house is panick inducing, especially on a Sunday when most businesses are closed. I found AireServe on Google and I'm so happy I chose this company.
Nick S. dispatched to my home within an hour of calling. He was super polite and professional. He quickly address the issues and talked me through the entire process, compared pricing for my options and made sure any questions I had were answered. I will be sticking with AireServe in the future!

I just wanted to take a minute and give credit where credit is due. We recently had to call Aireserv for a furnace issue that happened to be after hours. The representative was very helpful and was able to get us prompt service. Our technician Nick Sachjen was very polite , respectful of our home ,and was very thorough in explaining exactly what was going on with the furnace and what needed to be fixed. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you!
