Our Saturday visit to the showroom was beyond our expectations. The young gal helping us with our selections went above and beyond. The showroom was very neat and easy to shop which made our project easy to design, unlike the other tile showroom we visited. Genesee Tile is the place to go for the latest and greatest products in tile, glass, and stone PLUS the outstanding service to back it up

As a salesman/retailer in West Michigan I love working with Genesee Tile. They have great reps and office staff (Thank you JoAnn & Hillary!!!) that always help us out with a myriad of questions. So helpful and courteous!

Not happy with Genesee. Ordered tile and then later found out they didn’t have enough bull nose tiles.... had to special order that. When picking up the tile (minus the bull nose) one package was broken in shipment and another fell off the pallet....so they had to be reordered. Finally, the bull nose and and reordered floor tile arrived. I traveled from Muskegon in the winter weather for pickup only to discover their warehouse was not manned! What? Really? Lots of tile stores have a nice selection of tile, but if you want a full service store....AVOID Genesee. Now it’s gotten even worse...the made up bullnose made by Genesee were badly cut so that the installer had to recut approximately 50 of the 70 bullnose tile....and rebevel them. Sent pics of the bullnose tile were sent to the Manager with no response. I understand some imperfections but these were bowed up to 3/8 of an inch. AWFUL QUALITY. EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
