Company was recommended by homeowners insurance for a roof claim we made due to hail. Jeremie came and was at our house for less than 5 minutes and stated the roof was fine with no issues. I got a second opinion from a reputable company I know that was not affiliated with my insurance and sure enough we needed a full roof replacement, every single home on our entire lake is actually getting replacements right now! I definitely do not recommend if the referral is from
Your insurance company because they will say you are fine when you may actually need a huge repair. Not impressed.
Construction Services did an amazing job handling our repair. They did an excellent job with the actual repair work. They provided updates on the timing of their work. They scheduled with me to review their finished work making sure I was satisfied. They cleaned up. Thank you so much!

I was referred to Construction Service of West Michigan by my insurance company for a ceiling repair, that turned out it was my trusses. Casey came out diagnosed the problem and told me what was going on, he explained everything to me gave me time to let it soak in. After a few weeks I asked him to do a quote and we started the process. I was kept informed throughout the process from dropping off supplies, to how they would repair the trusses to getting the building permit and engineer, everything. The communication was greatly appreciated and they worked around my schedule.
I can't say enough about Casey, Larry and their entire crew. I would give 10 stars but it only goes to 5.

We have been extremely satisfied with the services provided by Construction Services of West Michigan. After experiencing a fire, we felt confident that our home was being cared for and restored beautifully while we were displaced for many months. Every employee we encountered within the company was professional and respectful. We have been especially pleased with our primary contractor, Carl, who has walked us through every step, taking great care to ensure no detail was overlooked. We highly recommend this company! While we hope to never be in this position again, we would not hesitate to reach out to them for future construction needs.

We lost our house due to a fire. Everything was brought down to the studs and joists. West Michigan Construction Services worked with us through every step of the process. From the top of the business to the workers on site, they were very personable and helpful with us. They worked well with our insurance company, were adaptable with our requests, and were diligent in getting the project completed.
