Our water heater started leaking one night and Dave from Ben Franklin Plumbing was there with a new water heater in tow first thing the next morning. We had a grad party coming up within a few days of this and we truly appreciated the quick turn around. He also offered to repair our toilet while onsite and in all it was a great experience. Thank you thank you!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was amazing! Tyler came in to give us a quote on replacement of our pipes, shower and sink valves, and adding in a garbage disposal. He was super helpful and took the time to explain and show us how some things worked. He explained how to check our sump pump and went above and beyond in giving us an estimate. We will definitely be using their services for our plumbing needs.

I had a leaking outside tap and washing machine. Cody came out fixed the inside drip there and then and gave me a price on the tap. We made an appointment to have him come and have a new one installed. On the day he called to say he could come earlier. Even better!! I now have a new outside tap and I wouldn’t have known he’d been he left no mess! Cody is a huge credit to the company. Polite, respectful and does a superb job. He also smells nice!

Bob was incredibly kind and responsive in getting the appointment set up. Cody, who came to do the work, was also kind and professional. He communicated effectively with me and did the work cleanly and quickly. Very satisfied and thankful for their help!

Benjamin Franklin was able to get me an appointment within 24 hours of my request to tackle my plumbing issue. The guys arrived right on time, and communicated well before they arrived. Once here, they were courteous and professional, introducing themselves and shaking my hand, and even brought booties to cover their shoes for when inside my home! They got right down to the issue, fixed my problems, and offered to quote me for future replacements versus the repairs done today. I appreciated that, as I would use them in the future. They were in and out in about 20 minutes, and provided details of what they had done, and showed me how the issues were fixed. Amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

This was our first time using Ben Franklin Plumbing Service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, kind & courteous. This was a toilet issue & will be coming back, even though our issue is solved, by our choice continuing on with their services. They were very mindful of our schedule with the fact that we are having them return. Dave was wonderful & he brought his apprentice Cody with him. Nice job guys!! Next visit- review continues- after 2nd service, by our choice mind you- Cody and Dave returned at scheduled time. These gentlemen are all that. After completion of the job at hand, you won’t even know they were there, as your area worked in/on is all nice and clean. I’m particular… “and you should meet my husband”. Another great job Cody & Dave. Thank you! Third time (May 2024) using Ben Franklin Plumbing of Grand Rapids- (We've been changing some things out around the house)- Tyler came over and took care of us. Just like my other reviews here, we are very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and efficiency that was given. I've now had neighbors ask about this company as they see the truck parked in the driveway. I tell them exactly what I'm stating in my review... all good and I would use them again, no question.

Excellent Excellent service professional. Dave set me up with a Rheem hot water heater, said would take 2-3 hours he was done in 2. I am do glad we used BF. Dave gave us great service.

I'm grateful for having received a recommendation for BF plumbing! Bob got me setup with an appointment and was able to answer all of my initial questions. Tyler came out to look at exactly what needed to be done and provided a reasonable quote. On the day of the repair he was on time and finished the job with the help of David and Cody, an apprentice. I'm glad to see they are training guys as they expand their business. Thanks for the awesome work! We'll be sure to go with you in the future.
