Chris did an excellent job by talking me through the steps. Chris is always professional and he does an excellent job when he is here. He's fixed problems with my plumbing in my kitchen and in bathroom in our basement. I know we are in good hands with Chris.
We have used these guys on countless occasions for our customers. They are punctual, transparent and all around a great choice for any plumbing needs. We specifically have worked closely with Chris, Danie, and Eli and we have nothing but positive things to say. If you have any plumbing service needs, do not hesitate to give them a call!

Cole and Adam came out and checked out our air conditioner to see if it could be repaired. They provided us with all the options for repairing or replacing the air conditioner and explained the pros and cons of each. They listened extremely well and were very courteous throughout the entire encounter. We have used Lake Michigan HCP for a new furnace, and now a new air conditioner. We appreciate their promptness, focus on service, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this business.

The plumbers and right on time and listened to the issues I had. They finished up quickly and kept me informed of what the costs were going to be. They did the work quickly and did a great job. I would recommend them any time.

Air conditioning unit was not doing so well. Called lake michigan the receptionist was wonderful. A tech was out within hours. Cole was professional and informative. A great experience. Air back up and running. Highly recommend.

When we called for a water heater repair, Sarah in the office was great and Eli, our technician who came out was fantastic. They got out to us the day we called and were able to install a new water heater the same day. Our water heater was the original (27 years old) and we were able to buy a new version of what we had. Service was great and pricing was fair!

Jay came after my water heater suddenly stopped working. Jay came out quickly and inspected my water heater. He was very patient and explained the problem very quickly. He gave me all my options and also encouraged me to look at other options. Eventually he was even able to fix the problem and since it was just an evaluation did not even charge. I highly recommend his services

Chris was awesome. He was extremely professional and gave us multiple estimates to go off of. We are looking forward to having our bathroom up and running again! Thank you so much for your prompt response to our problem. We will definitely work with you guys again in the future.

We have had LMHCP out to our very old home twice in recent months for plumbing service. Each time they were kind, thorough, and courteous to us. The plumbers listened to our concerns, evaluated the problem, and came up with a plan quickly. Plumbing repairs are expensive but they have always provided honest, trustworthy recommendations. We feel the team here really has our best interest in mind, which isn’t always the case these days. I believe Eli helped us the first time and then we had Chris and Nick (an apprentice) for the most recent visit. 10/10!
