I don't have enough characters to say all the good things about the crew from McDonald Plumbing that worked tirelessly all day to restore water service to our house. When you pull into the driveway to this, you just know it was a bigger job than expected. They dug deep (literally), solved some mysteries, found solutions all while putting us at ease that yes, we would have water. They took great care of our home and yard and cleaned up well and preserved every inch of sod they could. I highly recommend them in particular for emergency work.
We will never use anyone else! They are always on time, have the nicest people working for them, walk you through everything and always make sure you’re aware of pricing as they go. I could not recommended this company more!! THANK YOU!

McDonald plumbing recently roto-rooted my main sewer line to the street. It was preventive maintenance. They called and arrived on time. They showed me both before and after pictures and were efficient and clean.
A week later had McDonald come back and install new main water shut off valves. Adam was very knowledgeable and used the time ( waiting for the city man to show up ) to locate the city’s shut off by the street. He installed the new water meter and valves in about an hour.

Our well went out, leaving us with the choice of drilling a new well or connecting to city water. We decided to connect to city water. We called McDonald Plumbing. They are great. They were very helpful. Their office staff is the best. The explained the process to us and helped us get it touch with the city to pay the fees.
They arranged for the permits in record time
The installation crew was excellent as well. They came out and got started right away. They bored the ground where possible, so they didn’t tear up the whole yard.
They were fast. They ran the pipe, did all the plumbing and got it inspected in one day. We now have clean beautiful city water.

Started my day with a clogged drain and water all over. Called McDonald’s Plumbing. Adam and Josh were at my house by 10:30 AM that very same day. They did an excellent job. They were very considerate. Adam also looked at other potential plumbing issues to make sure everything was safe and structurally sound. Thank you, McDonald’s plumbing.

Impressed with Jake and Jake who put a patch on my sewer line eliminating my root problem. They were prompt and personable. VERY pleased with the care they took when setting up and especially the way they cleaned up as they left. Price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend McDonald Plumbing!

Showed up on time. Called ahead to let us know when they would arrive at our house. They did great work. Everything was cleaned up and the new faucet features were explained very well.

McDonald’s diagnosed & fixed a drain issue outdoors that’s been a problem for 23 years. They were able to schedule the work in a very quick & limited timeframe. They are excellent. After fixing the initial drain issue, on 1.22.24 they completed putting that drain into a retention tank that was recently discovered in the yard.

Kind, professional, and helpful. We had a small issue that was taken care of very quickly. They were super upfront with cost, kept me in the loop about next steps/potential issues and walked me through the process despite my minimal plumbing knowledge. I would definitely recommend this team! Plus Lennon enjoyed their company ?
