Excellent customer service knowledgeable and thorough great attitude with the crew polite and helpful I highly recommend this you want it done right you want quality you want knowledge this is your company you need to hire these people if you want a generac installed.
Just signed up yesterday for their annual service plan and they showed up the next day for service on my Generac! Great customer service on the phone and the guy who serviced the generator was very knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I made the decision to give them my business!

Great customer service! Everyone I've talked to starting with setting up annual services to a same-day service call for my Mom have been so friendly and helpful. Especially taking into account that I'm sure they've been extra busy with the weather we've been having. Thank you all! Highly recommend!
