Thank you Adams Heating and Cooling from Hart, MI for wonderful service on our air conditioner! I called in the morning and a technician was sent out quickly that afternoon! Adams Heating and Cooling personnel were the most friendly, welcoming, understanding and helpful people in town. They respected my little bit of knowledge and kindly added to it so I could complete the job correctly and on the same day. Their staff knows how to treat their customers. And for us, they have gained a life-long partnership when we need our heating or air serviced. I recommend them 10 stars!

Wow. Totally unprofessional and act like the consumer is there to serve them. Had an appointment scheduled. Tech calls 30 minutes prior to say he may not come if it's raining. Not at the phone because we have other things to do. Wife waited 2 hours. They never came and it was not raining. I guess they never heard of google to check the weather. Owner/GM someone called me and rather than reschedule, just wanted to tell me that I was wrong. Glad the customer service in my business was not this bad. Go somewhere else

We love Adams Heating & Cooling. They are so responsive...and honest about what is needed, when they will be there and let us know this last time the details of not only the costs and parts for our air conditioning. Ashley in the office always follows up and is the most gracious voice when we call in. And they just came in 2 weeks earlier than they thought they could do our project...making sure that when our family arrives we will have A/C. So appreciate them!

As always, Austin’s work at both of my homes was exemplary. He is skilled, experienced and just an all around nice person. I will be sad to not have him checking the furnace and A/C at my homes in the Spring and Fall, but, I have the utmost confidence in his ability to hire and mentor new field techs. I am most pleased to learn of the company’s expansion into plumbing services. It is desperately needed in this area. I hope I will be one of the first customers to benefit from this new service.

Adams has been consistently reliable and responsive for me for years. When I wanted to upgrade my system and add AC, they took the time I needed to explain the changes, and all my options. They are available when I need unscheduled service, and arrive on time for scheduled appointments. They are thorough, and leave my house clean and neat. I am so glad that I can rely on Adams for my HVAC needs.

Their products are impeccable and their customer service is truly outstanding. I met with Josh, who is very professional, and knowledgeable. First of all, know that Adams Heating and Cooling has an outstanding staff.
(Outstanding staff=outstanding service).
Their people are true professionals.
When I heard from others how good Adams was…and then asked them to service my Geothermal system, I became a believer.
You’ll find out when you call them. It takes awhile to get an initial appointment (depending on the time of year), but it’s worth the wait.
