I've had my fence for about 5 years and I love it, but recently something cracked one of the pickets. I had an extra but couldn't switch them myself. Jim Martin came out and switched it for me. Thanks, Jim, I couldn't do it myself
They were amazing! They came out very quickly to get me a quote, got me on their schedule and my fence was in! I will recommend them to everyone!

My experience with Jim Martin of Fence Consultants of West Michigan was extraordinary! From initial meeting and design ideas. No detail missed. After installation, Jim returned to insure my satisfaction with the job and personally made a few adjustments. I highly recommended Jim and this company!

Good, heck even basic customer service has completely dissolved at Fence Consultants of West Michigan. They no longer seem to want business, return emails, or phone calls and are unprofessional, even with existing clients. We’ve given them over $23,800 in business and have had to follow up at least 4 times trying to get a proposal with no success. I can no longer recommend this company. It’s a real shame because we recommended them to many neighbors but that won’t happen anymore.

We enjoyed working with the Fence Consultants of west Michigan- Chris was our sales rep. He is great! We went through Chris when we did the fence around our rental unit in Holland and again on our new house in Saugatuck. We have some persistent huskies and they don't even bother with the fences anymore. We were happy with the installation at both houses and recommend them to friends and family, especially those with pets who tend to run off.
