Had hail damage on my roof and gutters they did an awesome job they came out the day I called to look at my roof and the got me on the schedule to replace it within a week! I was dealing with Josh and Kassandra they made the entire process great and non stressful! They kept me in the loop just two great people to deal with! When they did the roof and gutters the did it in a day! And kept me in the loop the sent me pictures throughout the process to keep me in the loop the entire time they were at my home and did a wonderful job cleaning up it’s like they were not even there I would recommend this company if you need a roof or gutters and Kassandra and Josh are both awesome to deal with!
The LMC staff are all excellent and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience.

Great roofing company to work with, Al and Kari are nice people to work with and were always a call or email away for any questions or concerns. We had 2 big windows and roof completed in a timely manner.

Needed a new roof and I'm glad I went with LMC. Al was very easy to work with and was very keen on making sure i was happy with my new roof. They took pictures of the tear down and during the build so you can see exactly what they see. I am a very happy customer and will be recommending them to anyone who needs roof work done!
Al and his team stands behind his work where i feel like other companies may leave you behind. He is a stand up guy, if there is a problem he fixes it. I recommend LMC to anyone who needs roof work done. Seriously give them a call

I had an excellent experience working with Lake Michigan Construction for new siding and soffits on my home. From my initial contact to request a quote through the completion of the project, everyone was friendly and followed through on what was promised. The installation team did an awesome job. I could tell they really cared about doing a good job and the completed project looks great! I would work with them again for any future projects on my home.

I'm an OTR Truck Driver and saw on our local FB group that my home had been severely damaged in a storm in September of 2021. When I finally got home and saw the damage I was overwhelmed, how am I going to deal with State Farm, Roofers and a Siding Contractor when I'm hardly in Michigan?
I talked to several Contractors but I just didn't feel comfortable with any of them and their time-line to start was months down the road.
I happened to see a LMC truck and called the phone number and asked if they could take a look at my home in Baldwin. Al drove over the same day and took charge of the whole situation for me!
The whole team treated me like family, AL would always answer the phone and discuss my concerns and help me understand the process. Marci jumped in and handled State Farm making sure they covered everything they were obligated to.
I wanted to upgrade shingles so I wouldn't have to clean moss off my roof every year. Due to supply chain issues from COVID they weren't available at a single source but LMC made it happen. They had both roofs replaced in less than a week from start to finish. The crew took great care not to tear my yard up and didn't leave a single nail on the ground.
On to the siding.
State farm didn't want to replace all the siding, just one half of the house. LMC dealt with them and got the house and shed fully covered! Keep in mind I'm on the road and unable to participate in this process much. The LMC team took so much stress off of my shoulders and I really appreciate that.
I live on a corner lot at the entrance to Star Echo Lake Association so it was important to me that my house looked perfect. Al suggested that I could wrap the windows and doors to really make it pop. Thanks for the suggestion Al, I love it and have received so many compliments.
Sean and Marci put the plan together and got it done right. Again they didn't trash my yard and did a fantastic job. Sean even replaced one of my doors for me since I couldn't get back in town in time to do it myself.
Sean, your metalworking skills are awesome, you are an artist. The Neighbors have all commented on how great a job you did. Thank you!
Marci, thanks for all your hard work both at my home and especially with making sure State Farm coveted everything.
