I called originally for a gas line to be ran, ended up booking with Mr sparky electrical for some electrical work. All of it was for a pool. Had this guy Shawn Libert come out for a quote and I ended up booking a $13,500 job with them. Come to find out I was lied to on several occasions about township rules and permitting, depth of digging, what I actually needed and did not need. Complete sales scheme. Don’t trust this guy Shawn, or the manager Patrick who doesn’t know what he’s talking about either. I talked with him and he explained rules and why I was told what I was told. Today is the 5/17/24, I had Macomb township come yesterday 5/16/24, for mechanical and electrical inspections. The township also told me I was lied to. Patrick also lied. Do not trust this company. They lie and try to take way more money than they should for work. I had the same work done with permits up to code and saved over $3500. Still waiting for my $500 back Patrick

We had the best technician today. His name was Jovan Fort. He did a wonderful job and was very respectful. Would definitely like him to be our technician if we ever need one again. 5 stars for this wonderful man.

The person doing the work was a nice guy and did a satisfactory job. My issue is the ridiculously high charge for a very simple job. Unless you have an emergency need, I'd look elsewhere.

I’m always impressed with the technicians that come out for quotes/service calls/installs from Mrs. Michaels. They’ve been straightforward and pleasant to deal with every time. Keith came out to put in a new a/c unit today. This is the second time he’s been to our house (different projects) and he checks in with us to see if we have any questions prior to starting the work which I appreciate. Had a great experience from the start! Call center was very friendly on a Saturday and was able to schedule me with a technician same day from 2-5. Said I was going to call around to see if I could get someone sooner as furnace was down in winter. He said no problem. You can cancel at anytime and I’ll put you down for early notification if a technician frees up. I did call around and many places were booked, were not open, or unfriendly. I did get a technician earlier which was great. 11am. John did a great job listening to what we knew, did his own assessment and determined the blower motor needed to be replaced. He drove an hour away to get us a part and came back and installed it super quick. Happy to say we are back up and running and it is 2:45! John was very informative, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend!

John was a terrific help. He diagnosed my problem and provided a solution almost immediately that had my furnace back online quickly in this cold weather. I would absolutely love to have him back in the event of any further furnace issues. Thank you!

Cannot say enough good things about One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and the fantastic technician Brent Carignan who came out to service our Furnace. He was very professional, polite and explained everything so it was understood the first time. He took his time to really check the unit out and made the necessary adjustments and repairs wonderfully. We would highly recommend Brent and this Company.

Keith was excellent. I'm a DIYer but could NOT figure out the problem after lots of troubleshooting. On time, respectful, found the problem, and fixed it. Most important thing was he didn't try to sell me a new air conditioner when I didn't need one. Most important thing to me on the rare occasions I need outside help is honesty. Keith had it. 5/5
