The owner Tony was pleasant, affordable, and most of all fixed my HVAC needs in a timely manner. The office manager was the best customer care person, I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I can’t say enough positive words about this company.
I would highly recommend Tony and his team to anyone who needs help with their HVAC systems. He dispatched Stu, Preston and Trevor to change out our furnace. These guys were fantastic very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely well trained. They also were very respectful of our home with drop cloths and such to protect our floors and things. When they finished they cleaned up everything and removed all the debris and took everything with them. Fantastic job guys and thank you in advance for maintaining all my equipment in the future.

We recently worked with Tony and his team to replace our AC unit. Throughout the process we were impressed with the timing, professionalism, knowledge, options, clear communication, and attention to detail. We never felt pressure to make a decision nor that we were just being sold. We had received other quotes but Oak Grove stood out as the clear choice. We received outstanding customer service, fair prices, and overall could not be happier to recommend this team.

Tony was extremely professional, informative, and had great communication leading up to my service. He never made me feel like I was slowing him down even when I had questions he took the time to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why he was. I chose Oak Grove based off of their stellar reviews, and I'm happy to add my own! This is a team of professionals who care about the quality of their work. Tony diagnosed and fixed our AC in the middle of an awful heat wave. He was fast, professional, and was happy to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be calling them next time I need maintenance.

Oak Grove Heating and Cooling was great to work with. My house had electric baseboard heat and I wanted to convert to a furnace and AC. To do this they had to install all the duct work for my house. The added challenges of installing duct work into a finished home that had never previously had duct work was no issue for them.

Tony was able to resolve the issue that we were facing by replacing some PVC and did not try to convince us to buy more than we needed.

On a winter weekend while he was on a brief vacation Tony took the time to make sure we had heat as our old furnace was failing. It died completely three nights later and his team arrived in a few hours with heaters and the new furnace we needed. It was up and running the same day. Oak Grove gave us a fine product with superb service.

Tony and his team came out with 4 vans and 5 guys. They were fair priced and quick to replace a condenser / AC and a hot water heater. They converted our hot water heater from electric to gas. They were very respectful and polite. I highly recommend this company.
