I have now used Joe's services a total of three times across two different buildings. The first was my home two years ago with an ant infestation, and I haven't seen a single one in my home since!
The last two were at the church where my bakery business is located. In the winter we had an ant problem, and he took care of it flawlessly. Yesterday he came out to spray for them again, just in case they reoccur during the warmer months and also sprayed for box elder bugs that have been taking up home in the foyer and bathrooms of the church!
Joe's laid-back, yet caring and compassionate attitude is just the cherry on top of working with him. I typically have a lot of anxiety calling for services such as these, but talking with Joe makes it feel like I'm talking to an old friend. I will call him for any of my pest issues again and again!
This was my second time working with Avwrage Joes. The first was for an ant problem that they fully took care of (they’ve never been back) and yesterday (4th of July) to get rid of a pretty huge bees nest. I’m allergic to bees and after being stung multiple times and then seeing the size of the nest, there was no way I could do this without the help of a pro. Thank you Joe, for coming out on a holiday and for being courteous and taking care of the problem for us!

Had Joe back again this year.
He sprayed for ticks, mosquitoes, etc. He does an excellent job! Definitely recommend. So nice to sit outside on my patios without bugs! Thank you !

Had a yellow jacket infestation on front porch out in Three Forty Farms. Hundreds of bees found a way into and behind some molding. Was concerned there was a huge nest being built in wall. Joe came out a day after I called, and took care of the problem with one treatment. Took a matter of minutes. Fair price. 24 hours later - no bees anywhere! Nice guy to boot. Cares about his customers. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with yellow jackets that had found their way into a wall in my house. Average Joe’s responded quickly, the issue has been resolved as promised, and they were great to deal with. This company has been added to my short list of contacts and I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them for anything to do with pest control. :)

I was amazed at how quickly Joe was able to come out to take care of a rather large hornet nest. He was knowledgeable and helpful from my phone call to his return to retrieve the nest. He was even willing to say he would be on the look out for a decommissioned hive for my wife to have in her science classroom. Company should be called “Above Average Joes” because of the professionalism that was provided.

I found out the hard way I had a bald faced hornets nest in a bush, about head level. Called Joe on a Sunday, and he said he'd take care of it. He did. Very fair price and very professional. I'm happy I made the right choice!
