Patriot Peat Control is a great company from start to finish! From the moment I made the appointment to the completion of the treatment it was seamless. We were very impressed with the exterminator Devon who was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had not really dealt with anything like this before so with his expertise and patience, we felt much more comfortable and confident he would do a great job. And he did!! When he did the treatment it was fast and efficient and he made sure we were aware of what he was doing and also asked if he could answer any other questions for us. Devon is a great asset to this company and we hope he stays on board on case we need further services from Patriot. Also a shout out to the customer service girls i spoke with as well. Great attitudes and friendly service!!
We had a fantastic experience with Patriot. Not only did they show up exactly on time, they were able to treat our building the same day as well. Eric was extremely professional, polite, helpful and kind. From the first phone call to set the appointment to treatment competed we were very pleased with everyone we spoke to and worked with. We would highly recommend Patriot Pest Control. We will be using them whenever the need arises. Our experience was absolutely outstanding!!!

From the initial phone conversation the staff was very polite and accommodating. They set up a consultation appointment and the technician was right on time. He was knowledgeable and did the work quickly and everything went as expected. Definitely worth the money.

Devon came by today to quote me on spraying my house to keep these earwigs and ants away as we’re having issues with them taking shelter in here from all the rain and heat happening lately. He was very clear about how the process would work, pointed out some areas they could be getting in, and was not pushy at all about scheduling any work to be done asap. I did need this done quickly so he got payment and did a great job spraying the exterior. I work from home and cannot vacate for him to spray interior now, so he said I was able to call the office later today and schedule an interior spray once I worked out the details with my job. I did that and Devon will be back in a few days to spray interior. All of this, between calling to schedule an in-person quote and Devon leaving after the exterior spray, literally took less than 3 hours of my day today (times may vary depending on employee’s availability).

Devon was great!! Very knowledgeable, prompt and affordable for inside (3 floors) and outside treatment. I felt very comfortable with him coming into my home as well which was nice. I recommend him and Patriot anytime!! Thank you, Devon!

Having worked in property management, I wanted the best pest control when moving into a residence. I sent a quote for 3 service providers, Patriot responded immediately, was able to come out in the time frame I needed. The service tech arrived early, was very friendly, helpful with the million questions I had that had nothing to do with his scope of work. Made suggestions and recommendations and did not try to sell me on anything I did not want. Great service and we will continue to use and recommend.

Devon treated a bald face hornets nest on our property on September 11th. He was on time for the appointment, prompt with taking care of the task, prepared with the proper equipment, very knowledgeable about the insect and pleasant to work with.
The following few days we saw a few more of the hornets, but now there's no activity at the nest.
We highly recommend Devon to handle any similar assignments.
