The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Olivia Deckert was highly recommended from a friend. The store is clean and nicely laid out to display anything you want to see in a kitchen. The only concern keeping this rating a 5 is the sole source of countertop material.
Scholten Kitchen and Bath has done an amazing job with the remodel of our master bathroom, updating everything, applying great craftsmanship, and really classing up the joint. Mark Scholten came and took the measurements, snapped some photos, and made gave us some great ideas. Dan Scholten later walked us through the completely deluxe and fabulous Scholten showroom, gave us tips and pointers about what went best with what in his experience, showed us all kinds of combinations of tiles, showers, vanities, etc., and gave terrific suggestions (most of which we took), whenever we asked. Our installer, Joe Schiele, was kind, communicative, always in touch with any news or information about our remodel, and GREAT at the actual work. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and without reservations.

We were hoping to go with Scholten Kitchen & Bath for our kitchen remodel. The selection of colors, styles, cabinetry, counters, and more were wonderful, as were the options available for a modern kitchen redo. What wasn't so wonderful was the communication with the company. Although fine on the phone, the email communication was stilted, would take multiple days, and then the designer was quite rude after a scheduling mishap. Ultimately we chose to go somewhere else because we felt unappreciated as a first time customer. Even after responding via email and saying we were unhappy, we never heard from them again.

I contacted Scholten Kitchen and Bath and I talked with Emily about some future remodel projects. She came to our home and listened to our vision for a kitchen and master bath remodel. She took pictures and measurements. We met several times in the showroom to discuss the layout and select materials. Emily was a pleasure to work with as she listened to my input and offered suggestions when I asked. Emily is a genuinely a nice person. Mike did the remodel work of our kitchen. He is a gem. We felt very comfortable having him in our home. His workmanship is great and he is a wonderful guy. There were a couple of challenges with two of our appliances fitting properly and we came up with a solution with Mike and it all worked out. The project was completed on time too! We have had other remodel projects done on a previous home by others and ran into issues and delays - not with Emily and Mike from Scholten Kitchen and Bath!
We have not set a date for the bathroom remodel. When we want to proceed, I am calling Emily and requesting Mike!

All questions I had very answered and I was given samples to take home while they provided several option for my bathroom vanity project.

Olivia helped my husband and I reimagine our Kitchen this past summer. We really enjoyed Olivia's creativity and stellar customer service. However, due to Covid the best choice for us was to put this project on hold for the time being. She was completely understanding and we hope to work with her in the future!

We worked with Olivia at Scholten on our second kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier with the experience. Olivia worked with us on a design that met our vision and budget. Her experience and creativity ensured the details were well thought out and maximized the space. Love the result.
