Best place to grab your flooring. Be it tile, carpet, hardwood, etc. . . They have it all. Largest selection I have seen anywhere, great service, and if you need an installer they can help with that too. I've bought flooring at many places. Since I was turned on to ProSource they are the only place I go now. stop by and check them out. Four stars due to delays in product coming in and lack of proactive communication on Prosources side.

I ordered a small amount of 1x2 herringbone marble tile to do a fireplace surround. I worked with Ian and he was able to help point me toward a few different products until we picked what we wanted. He's also able to help me figure out the correct type of mortar to use for my project. Overall everyone I worked with there was very friendly and I had a great experience overall.

How incredibly unPROfessional of your company to complain of a FUNERAL procession for a US Marine holding up your office staff from getting lunch. Staff are courteous but messed up a simple order. I provided a sample of the floor tile that we selected at Virginia Tile, with all necessary ordering info, but the wrong color was ordered. Then the wrong color grout was delivered by their warehouse. Both problems were fixed promptly, but it is obviously important to double-check the work of these guys.

Not reliable - completely messed up our job. Placed order (in person) and ProSource never ordered carpeting and flooring, placing our whole project behind schedule. We then had to continue to push furniture delivery back after several missed delivery dates.
