Staff there is awesome and so helpful. They have helped us to create numerous beautiful tile jobs for our kitchen, bathrooms and living room. Good quality tile and service. Now we live 3 hours away but they are worth the drive!

Told the gal they assigned to help me that I was looking for my backsplash. Found the perfect one on the 'pricey' side of the showroom. She failed to mention that the sample was a special installation and I would need a lot more tile to get this look. Feel I was let down big time and learned a very expensive lesson. Won't go back or recommend them.

My local tiler sent me to Virginia Tile to scope out choices for our new home. Staff gave me honest opinions, and steered me away from things that are trendy and which would be an expensive mistake. In an age when people are mostly looking for the bottom line this was a much appreciated intervention!

Top notch customer service each time I visit Virginia Tile! They are quick to serve, knowledgeable and provide excellent feedback when I ask for their opinions. As an interior designer, I value the input they provide on clean ability, wear and other tile related traits. When I need tile, Virginia Tile is hands down my first stop.

Being someone with an account there the sales and service are unparalleled. They are super easy to work with and their showroom staff is never pushy. As a tile contractor I recommend them to all of my clients.

Stopped in with a flooring sample in hand. Was greeted at the door where I told the associates that I was there to match backsplash to my sample. I was told "ok"....and that was it. I showed myself around the store and found what I was looking for on my own, but had no idea about price or installation cost as there was no one was there to help. I gave up and left walking past 5 employees gathered around a desk talking amongst themselves. One female employee was seated by herself at a desk and acknowledged me as I was leaving "thanks for coming in". I just wanted to leave and said yeah right...Beautiful product, bad staff......
