From the start of bringing in an estimator to the truck leaving after the work was done, this company has it together. The estimator was generous with his time, explained a lot of things, and instead of just poking his neck in the attic (like another company did when they came to give me an estimate) I could hear him walking around. The price was fair for the work as we had about 6-9 inches of insulation in the attic and needed a lot of baffles installed. The scheduling was easy to handle and I had zero issues. The two man crew that showed up were courteous and professional. They had to SQUEEZE into a small area where the addition was built but the after was perfect! The crew even blew out the garage to ensure they cleared up any loose insulation. I did climb up into the attic and peered around, and the insulation was evenly spread out, the rulers placed about to indicate depth were spaced nicely and as noted, they installed baffles at each rafter. Now we can do all of this but does it really make a difference? After a week or so, I can say yes it does. The home heat stays level and comfortable when in the past it just ran and ran. The other thing that I noticed was during frosty mornings, various sections of our roof had melted frost. But now, the only area that has melted frost is our garage which isn't insulated (see attached). I highly recommend USA Insulation for their ease of transaction, professionalism and honesty!!

We had multiple different companies come out for quotes on our home. Our home was built in the 1950s and bungalow style so not the easiest to insulate. Hillary was amazing at showing us the process and what they do. They even got us in right away and the techs Ethan and Kyle were just as amazing. They had their work cut out for them as our space was so small they had to make some access hatches to get in. Not a problem for this crew. They were super friendly and kept us informed on the process. Highly highly recommended this company. We will be working with them again and referring them to anyone we encounter that may need insulation. Thank you USA INSULATION!!
