Our family worked with this company for 2 projects so far, love the team so much. They get the work done fast and great! Our door had some issues and they keep working on it to get it fixed to make us satisfied. We are really happy with the whole team’s hard working and good attitude. Will definitely keep working with them and recommend to others!

Michigan exterior pros is great. They are easy to work with, and work around the schedules of the customers. I would recommend these guys for anything you needed to have done. Very professional. The crew that did our roof was great and friendly. I will definitely use them for future projects when needed. 5 stars for sure.

I would definitely refer anyone, getting their roof replaced, to use Michigan Exterior pros. We had three quotes. They were the lowest quote and they were, also, the most personable. One company had an elaborate presentation, pointing out miniscule things that may need attention and missing others that did. Their "value" quote was way more than what we got. The other one had no presentation and was slightly higher. But when Derick came over, he showed that he had the experience to talk knowledgeable about roofing. He came prepared with a simple presentation and a willingness to listen to what we needed. He noticed that our chimney topper wasn't on properly. He took a video to show us. (We were extremely lucky the rain did not get in to ruin the wall. ) We never had any problem with the crew. I could go on but I'll just say that they had our roof started and finished the same day. Did a great job!

Our deck needed to be replaced, We decided we would go with a Trex deck. We had three contractors give us an estimate, although they were all close in price, we ultimately decided on Michigan Exterior Pros. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our choice. Derek, one of the owners was professional, knowledgeable, a pleasure to deal with and extremely likeable. He took photos, measurements, made great suggestions and brought us back physical samples, a schematic of the plan and a breakdown of all the costs. From start to finish, he was completely upfront and honest. Derek and his crew, Robb, Andrew and Patrick were exceptional, But I would be remiss, by not giving a special shout out to Robb, He was phenomenal, first one at the job every morning and usually the last to leave. Everything I asked Robb to do, (a lot of little extras) he did. Every night, before he left, he made sure the job site was clean and safe, his work is meticulous, professional, in a word, superb! It was obvious that he takes great pride and satisfaction in his work and went above and beyond, in making his clients happy. My wife and I were so impressed with the work they did, we decided to have them replace our walk out doors with Anderson sliding glass doors and once again, we were completely satisfied with the work. There were no "hidden costs" or surprises. Although, there was some extra work that had to be done, due to the age of the old decks framing, which could only be discovered after the initial tear off, Derek did his best to keep the extra cost to a minimum. The co-owner, Dakota, also came out to the job to follow up on the progress, he was a very nice gentleman, a busy man and we appreciated him checking up on things. If I could give Michigan Exterior Pros ten stars, I definitely would. I highly recommend them and any work I have in the future, we will be absolutely calling them.
