So glad I contacted The Exterior Zone for my front deck maintenance. They did an outstanding job and totally exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be calling them for any future projects!
The exterior zone was by far the most up front and respectable contractor that has ever done work at our house. Each man out here was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about this company because I'd run out of room on this page. If you want quality craftsmanship without all the B.S. that you get from contractors hire these guys. You won't be sorry

Great company!
My husband and I have had many different companies out for various projects at our house over the years and the exterior zone is by far the best company we have hired to do work for us. They are a company who truly cares about you as a client and their roofing work is incredible. All of the workers who worked on our roof were very polite and professional. Dillon the owner was very attentive especially when unexpected issues with our roof came up. We will definitely hire them for any work we may need in the future on other projects!
Cant recommend them enough!!!!

I found this company through Home Depot's Pro Referreral Service. I hit the jackpot! Dillon contacted me and shortly thereafter we met for a consultation regarding my gutter issues. He seemed very knowledgeable about gutters and showed empathy while listening to me. Shortly thereafter, he offered a proposaland I signed on the dotted line. A month later, my project was done and it is beautiful, if you can imagine gutters looking beautiful. Nick suggested a darker color of gutter which matches my window frames. (It was a great idea and wish I would of thought of it!) The new gutters were installed on my 2-story home, front and back of the house. I asked for hinged, downspout extensions and gutter guards. I also wanted some reconfiguration of the gutter & downspout on the front of my home. Everthng was done by the "Team" with ease. Uncle Rick (who seemed to really enjoy his job) and fellas were a pleasure to meet. All were friendly and very professional. They never took a break--working hard from the time they arrived at my home. AND, there was absolutely no mess left behind. This company takes great pride in doing a great job for their client. When you meet Nick, you will feel a trust and honesty that we all look for when looking to hire a company for your particular project.

I started refinishing my deck. Then when I pulled back some outside baseboard I found a lot of water damage into the house and around a sliding door. Spoke with Dillon on the phone and sent him some pictures. He came out twice to make sure we were on the same page and how the repair would go. It went excellent and he even provided me a couple of different options. I would recommend The Exterior Zone to anyone.
