Professional and wonderful to work with! On time and always quick to respond when we had questions. We couldn’t be more happy with our new garage flooring. They did an excellent job prepping the floor and made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend them!

Epoxy Floors and Painting

I should of listened to the recent bad review and went somewhere else! I called them after seeing their coupon in the mail, seeing how they were cheaper then everyone else, but now i know why they were the cheapest! Mark came out to do the floor and went over a couple options. He held up two samples and told me the one with the “stone” chips were new to the market and more expensive but he would give me them for the same price, which I believed to be the $1150 for a 3 car garage like we were discussing. After going over it for several more minutes I told him i would do the stone. After he was finished i went to give him the $1150 and he said no its $2500 because its was the stone chips. After a lengthy discussion I decided to do the right thing and pay him the $2500 because I thought maybe it was a misunderstanding. Well after he left I had to scrape numerous left over chips off my driveway that were stuck on with clear coat, he blew the leftover chips all over my yard and never cleaned them up. He also got epoxy on my walls and molding (see photo). Now comes the worst part! A couple days later the floor started turning yellow! After numerous calls they stated they would come back to fix it. When Mark and Marina came to fix they tried using acetone to get the yellow off, that didnt work at all. They then asked me if I had sand paper and I said no. Then they went to home depot to get sandpaper to sand it. That didnt work. They said they couldnt get it out and they would not redo it. They said the only thing they could do was to put a clear coat that contained UV protection! I said why wasnt that used in the first place! They said it would of been extra, but they never mentioned it! They said this is not their fault, all clear coats turn yellow over time (my floor turned yellow in less than a week) and this clear coat with UV protection should make it look better. Well it didn't it actually brought the yellow out even more! I contacted them again and told them that half of my garage was still yellow, that this was not acceptable and asked them to redo it. And not the whole garage just half where it yellowed and they said they would not. I told them I would contact someone else to redo it then and I would take them to court to get reimbursed. They said go ahead! Save yourself the headache and stress, pay a couple hundred more and go elsewhere!
