We are very happy with the work performed by Paul. He completely revamped our sump pit to include a backup water pump and he replaced our water heater. Great communication throughout the process and very competitive prices. He has earned our trust and will be our first call for any plumbing projects.
Paul did an excellent job replacing my water heater last week.He has performed other plumbing jobs in the past at my house.His quotes are always very reasonable and he provides a lot of suggestions related to plumbing repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend this company for quality and reliability of the service they provide !

This is the second time I’ve used Paul. He came out and added a valve to my exterior sprinkler line, and previously he ran some gas line for a new dryer. A super nice guy, reasonably priced, and does great work. I will only use Paul from here on out.

Paul came out to fix a major problem in my basement sub pump.
He did a great job. Fixed it at a reasonable cost. The pump is working great. I recommend him for any type of plumbing work. This was the 3rd time that I needed his help.

My friend first referred me to call for my father’s house and I’m glad I called. Paul came the same day and did an excellent work. He is an honest guy and very professional and price is reasonable. I will definitely call Paul again for plumbing needs. Thank you Paul.

I called Paul on Thursday and he promptly picked up and we scheduled service for Friday. Excellent work, more than fair pricing given today’s costs, and outstanding communication. I will undoubtedly use and also recommend him to others moving forward. Thank you, Paul!

We suddenly ran out of hot water, and our water heater’s repairs were way outside of our expertise. We called Sigma Pro Thursday night and Friday early afternoon Paul showed up to help us. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed immediately and for a fair price! I would absolutely call Sigma again, and you should too if you want a trustworthy, diligent plumber to help you.
Edit: I should add that he, himself ran to the store to get our new water heater. Before picking it up, he checked to confirm we wanted that one. He then brought it back for us and quickly installed it. All in all, Paul made this whole, worrisome thing a stress-free experience! We all know this kind of thing can be anything but :)

Paul from Sigma Pro Plumbing was honest, helpful, and competitively priced. He provided options for each thing I was looking to have done.
He did a great job on replacement of a sump pump along with adding a water powered backup. Installed a faucet, garbage disposal, and water filter in new basement sink. And also replaced an old saddle valve with new T-Connector. Would definitely use him again.

The reviews are an accurate reflection of the service. Paul is incredibly easy to reach and is very responsive. Was able to come out the same day I called and once we were able to get the replacement part, was able to install it right away. He worked quickly and kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process. Price was fair. Would highly recommend his services.
